The Sales Director is accountable for the development and execution of sales plans and the achievement of sales goals within all our Business Applications in Middle East Region. He or She is responsible for providing leadership, direction, hands-on coaching and specific guidance to the local Sales Team.

Key duties:

  • Strategic development: assessing the size of the market, market’s shares and potential business development of the area (by segment, channel…); implementing and deploying Sales Strategy adapted to each BA.
  • Organization: being responsible, in relation with the Regional Managing Director, of the local Sales Organization and ensuring the correct level or resources and performs recruitments with the support of HR Department.
  • Sales and Marketing: defining the National Commercial Action Plan, assigning targets to the Sales Team, being responsible for the Consolidated Variable Margin and contributing to the achievement of the Marketing Action Plan. Organizing and participating to events and exhibitions.
  • Customers: managing a proper and professional relationship with customers, performing visits and participating to negotiation when needed
  • Management: supporting sales team and local organization (14 people), ensuring a good internal climate, monitoring the team’s activity and performance with dedicated KPIs.


Profil requis

Education : Technical degree in electrical engineering

Experience requirements: minimum of 8/10 years experience in sales/sales management environment

Skill requirements :

  • Customer orientation;
  • Responsible business logic and financial proficiency;
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to operate successfully within a matrix/multifunctional business organization;
  • Fluent in English;

For this position, an ability to live and work in a multicultural environment is mandatory.
