This position is responsible for sales & finance office support processes, implementations and other activities for customers & management. The person must have a strong competence with SAP B1 and Salesforce


Sales Admin Customer Support and Order Processing

  • To keep customer satisfaction and set high service level
  • Set priorities & manage distributors and salesmen's enquires in a timely manner
  • Follow up on quotations and customers' PO in a full end to end cycle until payment    
  • Strive for permanent improvement by taking initiatives and being a force of proposition for improvement.
  • Be Pro-active on getting the maximum of PO Registered and Backlog, Invoiced before monthly-cut-off date

Logistic Team Support

  • Organize work space, Files, Documents, Shipping terms, Freight Charges, and especially work process.
  •  Analytical problem solving mind set, Accountabilities for each responsibilities and Self Openness

Office and Marketing Assistant

  • General Office needs compliance
  • Reception duties
  • Support SEAP Team & Actions to improve productivity; Support the organization of marketing activities & events, Sales events like Quartely meeting,  sales report entry, std price/lead time info, chase payment, return issues, support Sales to coordinate with HQ, back end support between the team and sales (in Singapore) and CORD1 (in France). Define clearly level of expectations, and measure performance against it

Supply Chain Coordination

  • Be Pro-active/Innitiate coordination to the team any short/long term improvement of supply chain to meet the high standard of service to Internal and external customer


Profil requis

  • Degree in Business Administration / Logistics /Supply Chain preferred but not limited
  • Hands on experience in Customer Relation Management (Salesforce), ERP (SAP and BAAN) & Qlikview will be an advantaged
  • Excel Literate and Business Writing
  • Flexibility on Ad-hoc support
