Socomec is looking for an Office Assistant in Guangzhou office.

The main responsibilities are:

  • Validate terms and conditions (price, lead time, payment, etc.).
  • Sales contract tracking and filing.
  • Edit bidding documents(commercial part) or solutions files.
  • Provide distributors with product availability information.
  • Assist with sales for managing distributors and updated distributor’s project information.
  • Keep in contact with customer for good relations (customer care).
  • Office administrative work(cable phone, real estate and office supplies).
  • Management of express.


Profil requis

The main requirments are:

  • Good office software skill.
  • Self-motivated, good team work & communication skills, detailed-oriented, good sense of responsibility.
