Manage routine accounting tasks to ensure meeting targeted timeline of the financial reporting.



  • To handle AP invoices and payment
  • To check and verify all expenses and payments, including suppliers' invoices, sub-contractors' claims, loan repayments, interest payments, etc. are promptly processed according to due date or payment term
  • To ensure all the relevant supporting documents i.e. payment vouchers & invoices have been properly checked before payment process
  • Prepare AP Reconciliation report for Finance Manager
  • To obtain Statement of account from supplier/interco/Hub and reconcile with AP balance in SAPB1
  • To perform receipt from customer and prepare monthly AR Aging Report and issue Statement of Account to customer
  • Analyze profit and loss (Opex) and provide the explanation
  • Prepare the provision for doubtful debts and stock obsolescence
  • To assist in GST submission and ensure healthy cash flow
  • Liaise with external auditor
  • Undertake any ad-hoc assignment as & when required


Profil requis


  • Degree in Accountancy or Finance or professional accounting qualification
  • Preferably with minimum 2 years' relevant accounting experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application, especially Excel
  • Meticulous, hands on, independent, able to self-organize priorities and tasks
  • Willingness to learn and to grow
  • Attitude needed to fit in the team: strong team spirit, hard working, committed to results and with a taste for change and new challenges
