Key Responsibilities of the Critical Power Sales Manager

 - Generation of sales for Socomec Critical power products within the South West area.

- Implement and support channel distribution targeting existing power specialists in the region to act as partners supporting the Socomec sales strategy

- Build a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Socomec’s product range and their role within a client’s electrical infrastructure

- Develop a good understanding of the quantifiable benefits Socomec products can bring to a client and how these compare with competitive offers

- Any other duties required by the company

 

Job Requirements

The Critical Power Sales Manager Role

As our Critical Power Sales Manager, you will fully exploit Critical Power opportunities within the South West including Channel distribution. You will also refer potential Power Switching and Monitoring enquires to the PSM team.

 Located from home or the Cirencester office, you will be responsible for an allocated group of clients within the South West Area. Area to include North Wales, top Birmingham, South West to include West of Portsmouth.

Experience and skills required of our Critical Power Sales Manager

 - Technical degree in electrical engineering or equivalent

- An electrical or electronics engineering back-ground is essential

- Strong experience selling Critical Power UPS and STS products.

- Experience selling into the IT Channel or to Specialist Power VARs would be beneficial.

    • Sales Orders
    • Invoiced Sales
    • Active quote portfolio
    • Number of CPDs and other technical presentations organized
    • Number of project related sales leads generated and entered into CDS from specifiers
  • Number high quality visits per month.
  • Delivery of other objectives  defined jointly with UK Sales Director        

 

Experience and skills required:

  • Technical degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
  • Centrally located, South West preferred.
